We are a private event venue creating an xperience that is top level. Our goal is to provide a space, that will allow our guests to focus on their special moment, whether it be an intimate wedding reception, vow renewal, birthday, graduation, bridal or baby shower. All celebrations deserve to be top notch!

Xperience Pricing & Options

Rates

Monday- Thursday: $100/hr

Friday-Sunday & Holidays- $135/hr (4 hr minimum is require)

Daily rate -$1300

Deposit

$225 Non-refundable down payment is due at time of booking & signing of contract to hold your date & time.  A $125 refundable damage/security deposit is added to booking.

Payments

Payments are accepted at any time and will be applied to your balance via our website or contacting Apex

Balance

Balance of invoice is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event. If event is within 14 days, invoice is due in full
